Cannot install any Lync 2013 Server, couse SqlInstanceRtcLocal failure code -2061893607

Hi all!

At my environment I have a problem with installation any server of Lync 2013 on a phisycal server.

Problem is in SQL Express installation process: 

Installation result: -2061893607

Error: Prerequisite installation failed: SqlInstanceRtcLocal

In Application eventlog I saw error message:

Cannot use file 'c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.RTCLOCAL\MSSQL\DATA\mastlog.ldf' because it was originally formatted with sector size 4096 and is now on a volume with sector size 1048576. Move the file to a volume with a sector size that is the same as or smaller than the original sector size.

But all of my disks was formated with 4096 sector size. Yesterday, I rebuilt RAID on this server and formated again in 4096, but the problem still is.

I tried to install SQL Express manually on another disk with

SQLEXPR_x64.exe /IACCEPTSQLSERVERLICENSETERMS /HIDECONSOLE /ACTION=Install /FEATURES=SQLEngine,Tools /INSTANCENAME=RTCLOCAL /TCPENABLED=1 /SQLSVCACCOUNT="NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService" /SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS="Builtin\Administrators" /BROWSERSVCSTARTUPTYPE="Automatic" /AGTSVCACCOUNT="NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService" /SQLSVCSTARTUPTYPE=Automatic

but nothing helps me.

At different forums of SQL I saw many different advices and I tried some of them, but problem still is.
