I am deploying Lync 2013 Standard Edition on Windows Server 2012.
I am not able to publish the topology builder after create the File Store.
I am getting this error:

I added the full access permissions to the following groups:

RTCHS Universal Services
-
RTC Component Universal Services
-
RTC Universal Server Admins
-
RTC Universal Config Replicator
