Front-End Service Starup Error: Store procedure to GET progress vector failed.

Hi,

We have a two front end servers in our Lync deployment and I'm getting an interesting error message on one of the servers when the "Lync Server Front-End Service" is starting up. All the services on that server will eventually start but I'm pretty sure it's affecting users in some way.

Here is the error message in the Event Viewer:

Cause: This may indicate a problem with connectivity to local database or some unknown product issue.
Resolution:
Ensure that connectivity to local database is proper. If the error persists, please contact product support with server traces.
