We've got an issue related Simultaneous Ring Time in Lync Client 2013 . Currently , We've defined Simultaneous Ring settings for their cell phone all of the client. But , If they are incoming call from any other number then it goes to lync client about 2 seconds and then it goes to immediately to cell phone. Everything is normal so far . My question / problem is : how do I increase the ring time which is two seconds in lync client? is this possible? I hope I have been enough clear in my explanation.
What is best way to approach this? Any help appreciated ?
