Lync server 2013 - pair pool testing

We have configured Lync Pair pool.

For test purpouse we have moved one user from Lync FE1 to Lync FE2 and try to make an IM conversation with them but it aint working.

* Free busy status between them stucks on updating

This is logged into event viewer on client side.

The description for Event ID 11 from source Lync cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

Any hints where to look for the root of the problem?

We had tried with disabling Firewall on 2nd lync server but that didnt help.
