I'm migrating from 2010 to 2013 after I have installed Lync 2013 enterprise pool frontend servers and update it, the replication has been stopped on all Lync servers.
also I have tried to reset the CMS replication with no luck.
and found this error on master replica server:

Cause: Possible issues with one or more of the following services:

Resolution:
Check to make sure that these services are running. Also check the event logs on this machine and the replica machines to get more details on how to resolve this problem.
