Some weeks ago migrate Lync 2010 to 2012. Everythink goes fine, but now some users can not be found in lync address book.

Every night i get an error message:

LS Address Book Server id21054
Users are not indexed in the database that should be.
Expected indexed user count: 36
Actual indexed user count: 124
Cause: User replication issue.
Resolution:
Run Update-CsAddressBook to synchronize all accounts.

Debug-CsAddressBookReplication -PoolFqdn Lync.domain.local returns follow

Pool Fqdn                          : Lync.domain.local
Replication State                  : NotTested
Task Owner Fqdn                    : Lync.domain.local
Backup Fqdn                        :
Server Heartbeats                  : {Microsoft.Rtc.SyntheticTransactions.Activities.Database.AbServerHeartbeat}
Indexed Object Count               : 124
Objects not indexed that should be : 36
Abandoned objects                  : 0
Normalization Failure Count        : Not checked
Normalization Failures             :

And Get-CsUser returns only 96 users.

How should I fix synchronization?
