Mobile app not working internally

Hello,

i have deployed Lync 2013 and have just about all features working except the mobile lync app on my phone, it works externally but not when i am connected to the wifi (internally)

I am thinking DNS ? what Internal dns records do i need for the ph to work, or can someone think what else it may be.
