We're testing Lync and are currently trying to make Enterprise Voice work.
Our telephone numbers are something like +38171814296, but our internal short numbers/extensions are never the last three digits of the number, but a totally random number, such as 692.

How can I even get started with normalization? A couple examples would be appreciated.
