I read the "Provisioning_Guide_for_Lync-Skype_Connectivity", and I have enrolled and confirmed with Microsoft that the enrolment was successful. I notice that when a I add a @live.com contact to my Lync client the presence for the @live.com contact shows as offline, and the same is true if I add @mycompany.com to my Skype client. It appears I am picking up some sort of presence with both clients, because I see it as "offline" however the presence is not correct, and I cannot IM in either direction. I have open federation configured, and we can IM with other companies running Lync 2010 or Lync 2013, we can also IM with Google, so this leads me to believe that as far as the Lync 2013 server configuration everything is setup correctly. Trying to understand why I still cant communicate with Skype?
