Lync 2013 Simple IVR without involving Exchange UM

Hi,

We are in process to decommission Cisco Call Manager , Currently External Users make a call to company number xxxxxxxxx and that call land to Cisco Call Manager with greetings and following options.

Press 1 for Phone number (Forward to Lync Extension )

Press 2 for Name

Press 0 for Operator.

Is there way that i can achieve this from Lync 2013 without using Exchange 2010 UM.
