One dumb question about applying JULY CUMULATIVE UPDATE for Lync 2013

I guess downloading and installing LyncServerUpdateInstaller.exe on lync fe is not enough?

You still need to run:

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\Deployment\Bootstrapper.exe

can anyone confirm this please?
