Hi,
Configured open federation for a customer few weeks ago and after a couple of days it stopped working.
Yesterday we found out that external companies and users on office 365 can see the customers precense and initiate an IM.
However the customer (inside) can not see precense on office 365 or other external organization users.
If the customer initiates an IM/Chat it wont work.
If an external user from another company or office 365 initiates an IM/Chat to the customer it gets through and the customer can respond to that message. Still no precense though.
It all depends on how it beeing initialized.
Any hints on how to proceed?
