Hi all,
We have a server with Lync Server 2013 with Audiocodes Gateways connected to SIP trunk to the PSTN, when we call an external number that is busy the lync client just shows a message of "Call was not completed or has ended" and play the "error" tone
We check the gateway and the ISP sends the busy signal and the gateway too, i did a capture in the client with the snooping tool and the client recieves the busy code (486) but playing the error tone

How can i make that the client plays the busy tone and show the busy message?
