Not sure where to post this but I can't seem to find an on-premise SfB forum.
Anyway, set up a test environment and all seems to be working fine however I cannot seem to connect to skype users.
They can find me and set up a contact request but I do not get it and I am able to search for them and add them but they do not get my contact request either.
When I send a message I get "The message wasn't sent due to company policy".
I have enabled communications with Skype and also enabled skype-to-skype federation on my edge server.
How can I troubleshoot this?
