Problems with Lync Logging Tool and Snooper

Hi,
I am currently trying to fix a few errors with my Lync Enterprise Voice configuration and I normally use the Lync 2013 logging tool without any problems however since yesterday whenever I log something and then go to view it I just get line after line of the following.

TL_WARN(TF_NETWORK) [0]1394.1B9C::04/30/2013-08:26:41.757.00072026 (SIPStack,CBufferChain::Decrypt:BufferChain.cpp(3223))Unrecognized TLS header: 0x17 0x3 0x3 0x13 0xd0
TL_ERROR(TF_COMPONENT) [0]147C.2580::04/30/2013-08:26:41.840.0007424c (S4,SipMessage.CheckNonAscii:sipmessage.cs(809))Illegal character from S4 trace. Count:118

I have tried to roll back any changes I made yesterday which has not helped and I have searched around for a while now and not come across anyone with a similar issue.

If I use the command line logging tools from powershell I also get the same problem however if I open the logs in text format rather than using snooper I get the actual SIP information but still the same errors mixed in with it.

I have also tried resetting the logging tool by copying the default.tmx file and also removing all of the files in the log directory.

If anyone could shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated.
