Roll back 2013 migration to fix a topology mistake

I am migrating a production 2010 Enterprise environment to 2013 Standard. I seem to have made an error when following the technet documentation that is geared toward a deploying Enterprise FE pool. When running the wizard to add Standard Edition Front End Pool I entered a pool name that I had created dns record for rather that the fqdn of the actual server.

Now when I attempt to publish my topology, it finishes with errors "ADComputerObjectNotFound When Publishing Topology".

I should also not that I attempted to continue the deployment process and installed the local configuration store and lync server components.

Please help. How do I roll this thing back to the point where i can change the fqdn in the topology. Having the current 2010 topology listed in the same tree make me nervous....
